Service Bookings, Projects & Media

Planning, quotations, deposits and delivery for Smart Solutions and Smart Media.

Updated: 29 October 2026 · Applies to Smarticulous Company (SL) Limited and relevant divisions.

1. Confirming a project

Smart Solutions projects begin with a description of the requirement and, when appropriate, a site assessment. Smart Media sessions begin with a creative or event brief. The final scope, fees, deposit, location, schedule, materials, client responsibilities and deliverables should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Smart Solutions scope

CCTV and networking quotations should identify equipment, camera or access-point counts, cabling assumptions, mounting or electrical requirements, testing, handover and any ongoing subscriptions. Solar and smart-home work can require site conditions and technical design review. Internet connectivity, utilities and third-party licenses are separate unless clearly included.

3. Access, safety and changes

Clients should provide safe and lawful site access, a suitable working environment, required permissions, reliable points of contact and accurate premises information. Any substantial change to equipment, layout, location or timeline should be documented, with additional pricing approved before new chargeable work.

4. Media production expectations

The media quotation should specify session or event coverage length, location, number of crew where agreed, editing, image/video quantities, format, turnaround estimates and revision policy. Raw images, unedited footage, rush delivery, extra locations, travel, props and licensed content should not be assumed included unless stated.

5. Deposits and cancellation

Some bookings reserve staff, equipment or a production date and may require a deposit. A reschedule, cancellation, refund or credit depends on the written booking terms and costs reasonably incurred, subject to applicable law. The site does not impose an undisclosed blanket non-refundable fee.

6. Approvals and acceptance

For technical jobs, commissioning or completion may include functional demonstrations and client sign-off against agreed deliverables. For creative work, previews and reasonable correction opportunities follow the agreed package. Additional requests beyond scope may be separately quoted.

7. Privacy, site security and media rights

Clients must obtain permission to capture people, property or confidential information where required. CCTV users are responsible for lawful placement, operation and access controls. Media publishing, copyright, portfolio permissions, music and model releases should be agreed in advance; any testimonials displayed must be genuine.

8. Remote and international enquiries

Customers based abroad can request a quotation or coordinate local work in Sierra Leone. The team will verify local availability, who can grant site access, payment method, invoicing and remote progress reporting for each engagement.

9. Support and disputes

For corrections, support, warranty questions or dissatisfaction, contact [email protected] or +232 76 762 787 with project details. We aim to review complaints and propose a documented resolution; no fixed response or completion deadline is promised unless agreed in writing.
